Fortitude Gym Arrival and Cancellation Policies

To ensure a seamless experience for coaches and members, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and organized environment for everyone!

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class daily. Members will be turned away if they arrive 5 minutes after class start time.

  • Cancel class 6 hours or more prior to the workout beginning to avoid a Late Cancel Fee or loss of a class credit.‍ ‍

  • If you do not attend class, resulting in a No Show, you will lose a class credit or be charged with a No-Show Fee.‍ ‍

  • Waitlist Policy works hand in hand with our Cancellation Policy. If you are pushed into class and do not plan to attend, you must abide by the 6 Hours Cancellation Policy.

  • Decide in advance what class you want to take! Class switches must be made within the 6 Hours Cancellation Policy.

Other FAQ’s

What to Bring: Refillable water bottles, clean gym shoes, workout clothes, and a smile! If it is raining, snowing, or there is salt on the ground, please bring a second set of gym shoes to workout in. We provide sweat towels.

Where to Park: Free parking on Clybourn, Damen, and George Street.
