Meet the Founder

Katie is the Founder and Head Coach of Fortitude Gym. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she began her career in 2011 as a group fitness instructor, soon earning her personal training certification. She went on to manage F45 LPN for more than seven years, further refining her leadership, programming, and coaching expertise.

Recognizing a gap in the market, Katie envisioned a fitness space that integrates a powerful trifecta of strength training, conditioning, and muscle recovery. This vision led to the creation of Fortitude Gym; a results-driven, supportive environment designed to help individuals train smarter and recover effectively.

Katie is passionate about working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. Her coaching style is energetic, encouraging, and rooted in accountability. She strives to create sessions that challenge you physically, motivate you mentally, and leave you feeling accomplished and eager to return.
